Return Policy

If the issue is on our end (e.g., the shoes are defective, or we sent the wrong size or color), you're welcome to return them within 5 days.

The boots must be unworn and unused. 

Please note: If the boots don’t fit due to choosing the wrong size, and the order was fulfilled correctly, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
